There is always the question of service after the sale in any large purchase and with a house, there is always going to be something that is missed that needs to be addressed.
Several people we know that had built homes before gave us a list of things we would have to be on top of to make sure our builder got them done properly. This was not the case with Jeff and contractor he used to work on our first home. We noticed that every contractor that worked on our home rose to the standard that Jeff required of himself. Every time we visited the site it was clean, and it seemed like Jeff was either there working with contractors personally or had just been there giving instructions.
Are the cabinets hanging correctly and solidly? Was all the flooring installed correctly (e.g., loose boards)? Is the A/C sized right for the house? I have to say that Clark Custom Homes has excelled in all these areas. Everything about the home is very solid and well-built.
